Early Childhood Care Coordination Success Coach
EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE COORDINATION TEAM (ECCCT) SUCCESS COACH
The Early Learning Coalition of Northwest Florida is looking for a candidate that has a can-do-attitude, is tenacious, energetic, hardworking, innovative, resourceful, and creative to coach early learning teachers and plan and implement professional development programming.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Work closely with the Early Childhood Care Manager and collaborate with multidisciplinary service providers using wraparound philosophies.
· Assist families in developing Family Success Plan
· Complete family success coaching and intervention in person and through alternative communication, as directed.
· Provide recommendations for interventions, assess family goals and progress, and meet with families in‐person to give support and parental guidance.
· Provide guidance on achieving goals and connecting to appropriate resources to support a child's/families ongoing stability.
· Ensure timely completion of program‐specific requirements.
· Work with classroom teachers to provide support with family goal achievement
· Ensure the timely maintenance, coordination, and reporting of child screening, functioning, and needs, as required.
· Complete documentation and data entry accurately and timely.
· Implement Family and Community Outreach activities that will establish new strategic partnerships with other agencies and community groups to enhance the pipeline of stability of services.
· Promote all programs of the Coalition and inform the families and community of the importance of their components.
· Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the position
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
· Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, social services or related field, preferred, or related experience. Transcripts/diplomas must be provided.
· Two (2) years minimum experience in early childhood education, home visiting or direct family engagement, or working with children (ages 0‐5).
· Outstanding communication skills.
· Experience completing child developmental screenings or family functioning assessments.
Other Requirements
· Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license and current automobile liability insurance policy.
· The selected candidate will be required to submit and pass a local and national background screen and pre-employment drug screen prior to their date of hire.

Salary Range: $18.00-22.00 per hour
